Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns only for wrong or defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. After verification, we'll arrange a free reverse pickup and provide a replacement (if available) or store credit valid for 45 days.
We offer one exchange per order for size or preference changes. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Reverse shipping for exchanges is arranged by the customer.
Returns or exchanges are not applicable for customized products, incorrect size selection, change of mind, minor colour variations (up to 5%), or natural handcrafted variations. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. A 5% payment gateway fee applies to prepaid order cancellations.
