1. Can I return my product?
Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong or defective product.
For all other cases, we offer exchange only.
2. Do you offer exchange?
Yes, we offer one-time exchange per order for size or preference issues.
Product must be unused with tags and original packaging.
3. What is the time to request return or exchange?
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details.
4. Who will bear the shipping cost for exchange?
For exchanges, reverse shipping is arranged by the customer.
For wrong/defective products, we arrange pickup at no cost.
5. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds (only for eligible cases) are issued as a store credit (coupon code) valid for 60 days.
6. Can I return the product if it doesn’t fit me?
No, returns are not accepted for size issues.
However, you can exchange the product once.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available with a small token amount.
This amount is non-refundable if the order is not accepted.
8. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within:
- 4–5 days (metro cities)
- 6–7 days (other locations)
9. Are your products exactly the same as shown?
Yes, we try to maintain accuracy.
However, slight variations (up to 5%) may occur due to lighting or handcrafted nature.
10. Can I customize or alter my blouse?
Yes, customization may be available on select products.
However, customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. The price of the customized products will be different from the regular products.
