Shipping Across India

Yes! We ship all over India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most locations.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

All our orders are shipped from our studio in Hyderabad.

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, etc.): 2–3 working days

  • Tier 2 Cities: 3–4 working days

  • Rest of India: 4–6 working days

  • Express Delivery (where applicable): 48–72 hours
    (Please note: Express delivery is not guaranteed for all locations)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and live tracking link.
Pro tip: Always enter a valid email ID and mobile number during checkout to receive real-time updates.

Delivery Slot

Once your package is out for delivery, our courier partner will call you to confirm the delivery time.
Note: We use OTP verification for deliveries — please keep your phone handy at the time of receiving your parcel.

Missed a Delivery?

No worries! Every order is attempted up to 3 times before being returned to our studio.
If needed, our team will reach out to help you reschedule the delivery.

For prepaid orders that return undelivered:

  • We can reship your order — shipping charges of ₹125 will be applicable.

  • If you wish to cancel the order, a refund coupon will be issued after deducting two-way shipping charges of ₹250.
