Frequently Bought Together
A Off White silk saree blouse with a Radha Krishna scene painted directly onto the fabric by an artist. Yellow is Krishna's own colour, which makes this a natural choice for Janmashtami, temple visits, pujas and festive mornings. Each piece is painted individually, so no two are the same.
Fabric & Details
- Fabric: Silk, 60gm
- Work: Hand-painted Radha Krishna design
- Colour: Off White
Size & Delivery
Please check the size chart beside the photos to choose your size, and we can also make this blouse in your custom size. In-stock sizes are dispatched in 3–4 working days and delivered across India in 5–7 days. Out-of-stock and custom sizes are hand-painted to order and take around 15 days.
Style Tips
Off White carries the festive mood on its own, so keep the saree quiet. Cream, ivory, white, beige and off-white drapes let the painting lead, while red, maroon and bottle green give a richer festive contrast. Plain silk, tissue, chanderi and kota sarees suit it best. Keep jewellery in gold or temple work to match the devotional theme. Explore more hand painted blouses, silk blouses and festive wear blouses.
Care
The first clean must be a dry clean. It sets the colours so they stay fast and don't bleed later. As pure silk is delicate and the artwork is hand-painted, we recommend dry cleaning after that too. Never iron directly on the painted area; iron on low heat from the reverse side and store in a muslin cover.
FAQs
Is the Radha Krishna design printed or hand-painted?
It is hand-painted. An artist paints the scene directly onto the silk. It is not a print or a transfer.
Which occasions is this blouse suited to?
Janmashtami, temple visits, pujas, festive mornings and Krishna-themed celebrations.
Can I get this blouse in my size?
Yes, we can make it in your custom size. Please check the size chart first. Custom sizes take around 15 days.
Which sarees go with a yellow Radha Krishna blouse?
Cream, ivory, white, beige and off-white sarees let the painting lead, while red, maroon and bottle green give a festive contrast.
Will the hand painting fade?
Not if cared for correctly. Dry clean it the first time to set the colours, and never iron directly on the painted area.
Fabric & care
Handcrafted details need a little extra care to stay beautiful.
- Dry clean first. Always dry clean the first time to protect the fabric, colour and embroidery.
- Hand wash gently, only if needed. After the first dry clean, wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not soak, scrub or wring.
- Dry in shade. Direct sunlight can fade the colour.
- Iron inside out on low heat, with a thin cotton cloth over embroidered or painted areas. Never iron directly on mirrors.
- Store in a muslin or cotton cover, not plastic, so the fabric can breathe.
Will my blouse look exactly like the photos?
Yes. Our photos are taken in natural daylight and match the piece closely. Slight colour differences can occur because of screen settings.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart beside the product images. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one, as a blouse is easier to take in than to let out. Custom sizing is also available.
Can the blouse be customised?
Yes. We can make it to your measurements and design preferences. Price and delivery time may vary, as the piece is made specially for you. Customised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, so please share your measurements carefully.
Is there margin for alterations?
Yes. Our blouses have around 2 inches of margin, so the size can be let out if needed.
How can I tell if a blouse is hand embroidered?
Look at the reverse side. Hand embroidery shows small knots and slight irregularities, while machine work looks uniform. Each product's details state whether the piece is hand-worked or machine-embroidered.
Why do handcrafted blouses cost more?
Each handcrafted piece takes days of skilled artisan work and is made individually, not mass-produced.
