Return & Refund Policy for Timeless Basics

We understand that sometimes your fashion choices may change after you receive your purchase. At Timeless Basics , we prioritize customer satisfaction, and we want every purchase to feel right. That’s why we offer a convenient return policy to ensure you have peace of mind. Here’s how it works:

Easy 3-Step Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Within 24 hours of receiving your parcel , email us at kavita@timelessbasics.in or WatsApp on +91 63040 37938 with the product’s name and photo. We’ll review your request and confirm eligibility for return.

    Kindly include:

    • Product name

    • Clear photos of the product

    • A brief explanation of the concern

    Early intimation helps us resolve your concern quickly and fairly.

  2. Ship It Back: Once approved, send back the product in its original packaging. Please ship within 3 days of our confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Make sure the item is in new, unused condition with all tags intact.

  3. Refund Processing:

    After receiving and verifying the returned product:

    • A refund coupon code equivalent to the product value will be issued.

    • The coupon will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

    • Coupon can be used on any product available on our website.

    This helps us continue supporting handcrafted production while ensuring you don’t lose your purchase value.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders are processed quickly, typically within 24hrs of placement. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the item is shipped.
  • Prepaid order cancellations will incur a 5% processing fee. If canceled before shipping, a refund coupon code or a refund to the original payment method is available, minus the processing fee.

Refund Coupon Code Terms

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds are issued as a coupon code, redeemable on future purchases. Coupon codes are valid for 60 days from issuance.
  • Shipping Deductions: For returns where free shipping was initially provided, a deduction of ₹150 will apply to cover our initial shipping costs.
  • Limit on Returns: A maximum of one refund coupon codes can be issued per order. If multiple returns are processed, each refund is subject to a ₹250 deduction to cover shipping.

Damaged Items

Every blouse undergoes a thorough quality check before shipment. However, in the rare case of a damaged item, follow these steps:

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A manufacturing defect

  • A wrong product

  1. Notify Us Promptly: Email kavita@timelessbasics.in within 24 hours of receiving your package., including clear photos and an unboxing video of the item.

  2. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.

  3. Resolution: After receiving the item, we’ll dispatch a replacement if available. Alternatively, we will issue a full refund coupon code valid for 60 days from the issuance date.

     

Customized / Altered Products

      Since customized or altered blouses are specially made as per your requirements:

  • They are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

  • In case of a defect, we will arrange reverse pickup from our side.

     We recommend confirming size details carefully before placing customized orders. Our        team is always happy to guide you before purchase.

Important Guidelines

  • Condition of Return: All returns must be unused, undamaged, and sent with original packaging.
  • Multiple Coupon Codes: Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
  • Token Amount Refunds: Token amounts for COD orders are non-refundable if the package is returned undelivered. If a higher token amount is collected, any excess will be issued as a refund coupon code.
