Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely across India. Our trusted logistics partners handle every package with care to ensure timely and safe delivery. "We deliver across India. International dispatch is available on request; courier charges and destination customs duties are borne by the customer."

Order Dispatch

Ready-to-ship products are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

As most of our pieces are carefully handcrafted, if an item is out of stock or needs to be recreated, it may take approximately 15–20 working days to prepare. Handcrafted work takes time, and we prefer not to rush the process or compromise on the quality and detailing of your blouse.

In case the product you ordered is unavailable, out of stock, or does not pass our quality check due to any defect, our team will inform you in advance and share the expected timeline with you.

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking details, including a tracking URL and AWB number for real-time order tracking. Should there be any delay in dispatch, we will inform you via email.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a Tracking URL and AWB number, enabling you to track your order’s progress online.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • For Metro Cities: 2-3 business days from dispatch
  • For Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days from dispatch

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Please track your order with the information provided in your email.

Important Note for OTP-Based Delivery

A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for package delivery in India, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. Failure to provide the OTP may result in non-delivery of your order. Additional charges will apply if the package is returned to our warehouse and needs to be reshipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping within India on orders of ₹2,500 and above. Orders below ₹2,500 have a flat shipping charge of ₹100.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A ₹250 cash-handling fee applies to all COD orders.
