Order Dispatch
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours and dispatched promptly. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking details, including a tracking URL and AWB number for real-time order tracking. Should there be any delay in dispatch, we will inform you via email.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a Tracking URL and AWB number, enabling you to track your order’s progress online.
Estimated Delivery Time
- For Metro Cities: 2-3 business days from dispatch
- For Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days from dispatch

Important Note for OTP-Based Delivery
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required for package delivery in India, as our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. Failure to provide the OTP may result in non-delivery of your order. Additional charges will apply if the package is returned to our warehouse and needs to be reshipped.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A ₹250 cash-handling fee applies to all COD orders.
